New Account Guidelines:
  1. Brighton Best International sells its products for resale through distribution only.
  2. Brighton Best International does not sell to end users; therefore, on-site qualification is required.
  3. Brighton Best International requires a copy of a valid resale certificate.
  4. Brighton Best International reserves the right to refuse to open any account if these terms and conditions are not met.
Terms & Conditions:
  1. A commercial warehouse is required.
  2. Initial Payment Terms: Credit card CIA 6 months / review .
  3. Payment Terms: Net 30 days upon established credit with industry related credit references.
  4. Minimum amount for the first order: Fasteners at $5,000 or Hand Tools, Safety & Consumables, Ironclad Gloves at $500.
  5. Standard minimum order: $50.
  6. All invoicing done via FAX or e-mail.
  7. Minimum annual sales: Fasteners at $15,000 or Hand Tools, Safety & Consumables, Ironclad Gloves at $5,000.
Freight Policy:
  1. Standard orders: F.O.B. shipping point.
  2. UPS collect – available at no charge.
  3. Prepaid freight terms available.
Return Good Policy:
  1. Brighton Best must authorize returns before any credit will be issued
  2. Items altered by sources other than Brighton Best are not subject to return/must be in original boxes.
  3. Items purchased more than 30 days prior are not subject to return.
  4. Returns are subject to the greater of 15% restocking fee or $10 minimum for which the Purchaser shall be responsible.
